The Suncomm Fault Reporting App...

Sunninghill Community Ratepayers Association recently embarked on a project to fill potholes in Sunninghill and we thank all those residents who donated towards this project. This was a success and has made a huge difference to our residents. Unfortunately as much as we would like to, we are not able to do the same when it comes to water leaks, sewerage and streetlights.
Although we help where we can we are unfortunately not the Council whose responsibility it is to maintain and upgrade this infrastructure.
As a result of all the service delivery issues surrounding collapsing infrastructure our office has been inundated with calls and messages. These from frustrated residents who receive little to no joy from Council. This has become extremely time consuming and affects our ability to focus on other issues in the suburb, of which there are many. To ease our having to respond to all these messages as they come in, both day and night, 7 days a week we have developed an app to help streamline the process of us trying to assist you, our community, by escalating issues reported.
