Inyanga Park project

THERE IS A POTENTIAL JEWEL IN OUR MIDST HELP US REALISE IT.

Sunninghill Community Ratepayers Association is in the process of negotiating with Johannesburg City Parks and Zoo with regards to developing ERF 87 in Leeukop Road Sunninghill into a park.  This land is zoned as public open space and is currently overgrown and a health and security risk

  • This part of Sunninghill has no public open spaces but has high density residential dwellings, commercial office parks.
  • A park which is secure with security measures, jogging and cycling tracks, benches, playground equipment and more will add huge value to our resident’s lives.  It will also increase the value of residential and commercial investments.
  • For us to proceed with our negotiations with City Parks and Zoo we do need to have public participation, specifically from those in close proximity to the land.

Please would you take the time to fill in the attached public participation form and return to us by mailing to sunninghillcommunity@gmail.com
